I want a unknown drug?

OK, so I just moved to Peru from Canada and totally forgot to stock up on BCP. I've be using Ortho-tricyclen and it's been working out pretty okay for me.
The problem is that they don't sell here within Lima, at least not within any of the pharmacies I've been to (a lot!). They do own other pills but I don't know them. Most have 0.35 ethinyl estradiol but the amount of "levonorgestrel" (spelling?) is different. Which one should I buy that won't hurt me? You don't necessitate a prescription to get tablets here so the choice is pretty much up to me.
Help? You don't need a perscription in that? Can you mail me Effexor XR and Wellbutrin XL? LOL!
But seriously... Is here any way you can see a doctor out nearby?
Contact the manufacturer of Ortho and ask them what designation they sell Ortho lower than in your current are... One of the ones you are looking at might be Ortho-tricyclen below another name!!
VERY few medication are sold under indistinguishable name across the planet... Sometimes the names are not even similar... Check near the manufacturer in the past you decide on anything...
They might be capable of solve your problem for you!
