I'm not sure what's wrong next to me?? Any doctors or anything on here??

Okay for the last year I hold had foremost problems with fatigue, I'm tired adjectives the time, I have no punch, some of my hair is falling out, and my appetite comes and go.have any view of what could be causing this...?? I'm not sure if it's really serious or not, or merely something simple like low iron. If you hold any thoughts I would appreciate it! i recommend that you see your GP but it sounds like you could be suffering from anaemia or possibly problems with your thyroid, its still best to acquire it checked.
