I want to know if anyone know if nearby is any safe and sound fit meds that can be taken during an entire pregnancy?

During my first and only pregnancy I have a seizure during my eighth month and former out. I have have one more fit and that happened while I be not taking any medicine for them and be about a year and a partially after my delivery. Since I enjoy been taking tegretol to ensure that I don't hold anymore. My husband and I now want to try and hold another baby but at duplicate time are afraid that I won't be able to because I be told originally that you can't take tegretol for the first trimester if you are pregnant because it have a risk of birth defects and I am terrified that if I get pregnant that I might own another siezure during that time. I don't want to put myself or a baby at risk if I can facilitate it. I haven't had the casual to go and speak near my doctor about this concern nonetheless but I did want to know if anyone knows if in attendance is any siezure medicines out near that can be taken even in the first trimester of a pregnancy and if anyone know the names of them? Thanks! Every drug is going to speak to talk to a doctor if you are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant. I'm pretty sure in that are some that are OK to take because my friend asked her neurologist that same examine. I never really heard what drug(s) her doctor said though.
I a moment ago wanted to say-so to you that no one here dare to tell you what medication to lift during pregnancy as it would be totally irresponsible on our part.
