A nursing qualification would be a good start followed by a specialist course within family planning.
If you're not dry then contact your local line planning clinic and ask if they have any outreach programmes that use vigour care assistants. I know within the Portsmouth area they hold clinics for teenagers called Sex Sense where on earth they have infantile health contemplation assistants to make the clinics smaller amount intimidating to teenagers. Other trusts may have similar clinics.
Find one that's hiring and put surrounded by an application.
You do know there's not like a "sexual clinic employment fairy"..LOL!
