I want to lose some solidity, any serve?

Hi, I want to lose about 35-40 lbs. I am 14 years behind the times, and my doctor says I am overweight. I know this will rob a lot of time, and I'm not expecting to lose adjectives this weight inwardly a month. So don't say its impossible. So, if you hold any tips, please comment below so I could lose some weight. I categorically do not want to use any dietic supplements, or drink SlimFast or anything. Just anything I could eat smaller number of, how many times a week/day I should exercise, and what exercises. Please oblige me out. :) Have you heard of throwing up after you guzzle?
Taking laxatives will help flush down the excess large.
Don't tell your parents, they will ruminate you are too young for these professional methods.
i lost 40 pounds by bcutting down my collation sizes and cutting out grazing, exercising 6 days a week for at lowest 30 minutes, try to eat lots of fruits and veggies, still get through good fat because they're essential for your growth. go confident on the sugar and sodium. protein is a good things and so are carbs moderately. apposite luck!
