I'm on my time of year...what should I chomp through??

my stomach hurts REALLY bad!! they utter to eat bananas is it true?? please assist... my stomach hurts really bad! Definently guzzle foods with calcium (ex. cheese, rime cream, milk... etc).
Caffeine is bad for you during your time of year because it makes you have a feeling bloated... so stick with marine.
If your period is robust true to include extra iron so you don't become anemia (leafy green vegetables, meats). Try to eat a bland diet and it should backing. Maybe take a midol and try a heat pad as capably.
