I'm have problems down in attendance.....?

I have for a while lump on my left bum, really close to my crack that's itchy 24/7. It's be there for almost 3 yrs now.
Anyways, from this morning, I've notice a larger bump on my flap, it's where it join the thigh but closet to the pelvis. It's very throbbing.
I just moved to a country where on earth such things cannot be discussed with doctors (especially when you're a womanly living alone) and I dunno what to do.
I get thrush in the region of once a year just within case that info is needed.
What is it and what can I do to create it go away? i'd ask the doctor.
possibly there's a female doctor not to far away.

it could be fungal infection.. if i was contained by your place i would go and check my self beside a female doctor.. im from a country where on earth muslims are the majority but that should not be a problem...it is growing meaning, its contagious.are in attendance any colour changes? is the skin unyielding around those areas?
