I worked on today and im on my interval?

i felt a lil green about the gills. I had plenty of hose and i had dinner something like 3-4 hrs before my work out. ate some buts and a chicken veggie wrap afterward. Anyway is it mundane to feel week or green about the gills during a work out when ur on ur period. Sometimes. All within all, you're still losing blood when you're on your time, which means that you're losing iron from your body, chiefly if it's the first day of your time. Some women feels incredibly lacklustre, some aren't affected by it. If this happen often, whip some iron supplements a week before your spell is due and it should help out.
