I took one too plentiful birth control pills. How do I capture support on rota?

I took my birth control pill (Ortho TriCyclen Lo) as usual and then roughly 30 minutes later I took another pill because I forgot I have already taken it. So now I'm ahead of programme with my pills. Can I get hold of back on agenda, or am I now stuck next to being a afternoon ahead? continue as if you be one day ahead till you realize the next pack after pick the right day of the foreign pack. Do not stop for one day cos that will receive your month unsafe.
Well, you should just embezzle it like it is and you will be in the future ahead because it you skip a day to "capture back on schedule" you can lose the value of the pill.
