I took my birth control pill an hour tardy?

I took my pill an hour late today. I thieve it everyday at the same time almost religiously. I started a investigational school diary today and completely forgot until I was sitting surrounded by class and realized I have forgotten to take it. It be exactly an hour late. Am I still protected? You are beyond doubt fine. Don't worry give or take a few it. Just don't miss it by a day or two. And if you did a short time ago be careful next to sex, use back-up form of protection.
